(At this point, I think my car is auditioning for a soap opera. 🙃) The warranty covered 7 days of a rental… it’s been 32. So I’m taking the hint. The universe is telling me it’s time to implement my Realm of Realization, organize all the strategy sessions with Ember, and start activating the plan. Because here’s the truth: life looks very different when a few financial stresses stack up. It’s a wake-up call: no more settling. Still anti-hustle, but also pro-success. ✨ One thing I keep circling back to? Case studies. I love them. They’re layered, strategic, and scientific, which is exactly what most people need: - a daily action plan, - accountability, - commitment. Quick Wins are great, but they don’t always fit everyone’s pace. Case studies feel softer, steadier, more anti-hustle. So here’s what I recommend you do TODAY if you’ve created or customized your own GPTs: 🔐 GPT Protection Checklist ✅ Back up all custom GPTsWrite down or copy your GPT's: - Name + Role - Description - Custom Instructions - Sample prompts or scripts - Onboarding message - Your tone/personality notes ✅ Save memory notes If you’ve manually added memory to a GPT, document what you’ve added (just in case it resets). ✅ Export important convos If you’ve had convos where you “trained” your GPT or developed anything you want to reuse — download or save them now. ✅ Notion lovers: make a GPT board! We’re creating a full GPT Squad HQ board inside Notion with a template you can use to track and back up every assistant you’ve built or customized. I’ll share that template here soon!
