I thought I was doing good with organization. Really being intentional about my days until my husband made a comment that helped me to realize. I have still been coasting. Really didn’t think I was. Maybe not in all areas of my life but definitely in certain areas because when I struggle with organization in my office that has a domino effect. And when I have stress that piles on, then I definitely slow down in my intentions. What I realized is I love people, but there are people that will pull you down and I’ve had to learn to intentionally let go. I want to respond to everybody. It’s helped me to realize I can’t respond to everybody. Because some of those people that want me to respond are the people that are pulling me down. It’s almost like they want to engage in an argument, and I’ve had to realize it’s OK to not respond. It’s OK to love them and it’s OK to let them go. Just that one thing has relieved stress from me. And this helped me to realize that intentionally surrounded myself with good people is what moves me forward.
Call at Noon
Looking forward to seeing you guys again. This group has been quiet lately and I think there’s some good stuff going on behind the scenes. The pollen is roaring down in the south and sneezing is at a year long high (as I sneeze to type this) 😂

Sad that I won’t be on the call. There is training happening right at that time. I’ve been working on moving things around to attend more calls.

@Michael Clegg thank you I feel that.
Call Today: Measuring Backward to Gaining Momentum
Our call is Noon Eastern Today This week's WRAP-UP: THE GAIN RESET - Measuring Backward. Last week was about rewiring how we measure progress. We watched people stop chasing what's next… and start acknowledging how far they’ve come. There were physical wins. Psychological breakthroughs. But the most powerful shift? People got braver. You told your stories. You chose authenticity over approval. And you took action on the “before version” of you that you wouldn’t have touched. That’s not small. That’s the start of momentum that sticks. Next week is about building momentum. We want to get emotionally attached to our goals. Momentum is what you feel when you "feel lucky." It's NOT luck. It's all of the things that you've done falling into place. IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE THIS YET, THEN THIS WEEK IS FOR YOU.

This is definitely the growth that I have had. So glad to be a part of this group even though I can’t get on a single call yet.
Throwback time!
Alright friends, let’s have some fun with this one. We talk a lot about growth in this group. The kind that happens in your business, your mindset, your relationships, and your life. But sometimes it’s fun to actually see how far we’ve come. So here’s the challenge: 👉 Post an old picture of yourself. It could be from high school, college, your first job, or that unforgettable haircut you swore was a good idea at the time. Looking forward to seeing some amazing pictures. All I’ve got on hand at the moment are toddler pictures. I’ll dig for some more of the really good and embarrassing ones: my long hair with the fly away curls, my frosted tips in high school… 😂
