In letting people know about my community

I am outgrowing my "don't stand up for myself...I'm a doormat" self. This isn't to say that sacrifice will leave. We are called to be sacrificial as Christians. However, we also need to take care of ourselves. So, I'm finding the balance between being sacrificial and allowing myself to say, no.

Take a few minutes to stand outside and breathe. I used to and lately have not been doing it

Hello all! I’m in Texas, US, and met @Tamara Patrick through a speaking opportunity of @LaDonna McAbee’s. I help ppl who want / need to start speaking either at in-person events, or virtually and they just don’t know what to do. I also help those who have been speaking but want to take their skills further. I also help ppl who have a fear of public speaking. I do not help speakers who are landing paid gigs.
