Knowing what you know now, what is something you would tell yourself after just starting your first counseling job?? For me, I think I would tell my 23 year old self to remember to take care of yourself, your own mental health, and your own peace! What about you?

Remember to breathe and know, "you've got this", seek mentors and a support network within your profession.

Hi Noelle, I am interested, but not sure I would be the most appealing guest to your audience. I just started my full-time telehealth practice almost two years ago, so I think I could offer some wisdom around that topic. And, previously, I worked in the 2nd largest school district in the country (Los Angeles Unified) overseeing counselors, so perhaps I could offer best practices around that. No obligation to choose me, though!

Hmm, great question. I would say my biggest frustration is trying to connect to practitioners who provide equine therapy to pick their brains. I have been invited to collaborate with a horse program as their therapist, but I have a lot to learn.
