For me it’s finances. Finances into the course… because I’ve spent thousands of dollars on courses that I put on credit cards and now I’m paying cards with interest and only able to make minimum payments with no success from the courses …. Finances to start purchasing investments and the skills to know how to keep, hold, or sell property. Finding/negotiating the sale when you don’t live there.
