I built a scheduling app for construction and it was working until last Thursday. Now I can't update it and it is not connected to the Firebase db. According to Gemini, AI Studios is the middle of a migration from the legacy preview system as well as Firebase update. So frustrating. i copying to export the code and fix the connection to Firebase. I guess I should probably be doing this faster and not leave apps in AI Studio for too long.

Eventually. Went through the first two sections of the 30-Day AI Consultant Crash Course. In the last two hours I've reached out to 50 contacts in my phone, 4 calls booked. A fifth is on the board of a non-profit and asked if we could talk because they're trying to figure out their AI policy and "but also we would be trying to figure out how to use AI." Just do it. I know it's uncomfortable. I get it. I'm older than most of you here, and I still don't like doing outreach (and I'm a Realtor!). But don't let that uncomfortable feeling stand between you and progress. Just suck it up and do it. If not you, it's going to be someone else. I'll do another 50 tomorrow.
