I’m getting ready to list my first flip and I have questions about that. Do you get an appraisal before listing? If so, who do you recommend in the Greenville area? What about inspection? I know the buyer will have their own done, but do you have one done to “catch anything” that you may have missed? Again, recommendations please. And finally who do you recommend for a photographer?
