🙏 Freedom That Comes Through Christ Alone ✝️
True freedom is not simply the ability to do whatever we want—it is the freedom that comes from knowing and following Christ. Through His sacrifice, we are set free from sin, guilt, fear, and the burdens that weigh us down. 📖 "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." — John 8:36 When we place our trust in Jesus, we discover a freedom that the world cannot offer—a freedom to live with purpose, peace, hope, and the assurance of God's love. ✨ Freedom in Christ means:• Freedom from the power of sin• Freedom from fear and condemnation• Freedom to walk in God's purpose• Freedom to experience true peace and joy No matter your past or present struggles, Christ offers a new beginning and a life transformed by His grace. 💙 Have you experienced the freedom that comes through Christ?

I was always insecure and never felt good enough. Growing up, nothing I ever did was good enough and I never felt completely and wholly loved. I grew up in a religious school and a religious community, but it was based on a works doctrine. In other words, you had to earn your way into heaven. After my precious Nanny Evelyn died, I really started searching for for answers, because I wanted to know if I would ever see her again. I found a Bible based church with a great Bible study group. Suddenly, I woke up one morning, and felt truly and completely loved. Only God could have done that. I never went back to my old ways. I only moved forward from there. Jesus showed me I’m worth it. Now, no matter what I have gone through, I have the freedom in Christ to follow Him! Praise God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit!
Obedience That Costs Something
Following God sometimes requires difficult choices. True obedience isn’t always comfortable—it can mean letting go of what feels safe, familiar, or easy. But throughout Scripture, we see that when people chose obedience, even at a cost, God used it for something greater. Their faith opened the door for His purpose to unfold. Obedience that costs something often leads to deeper trust, stronger faith, and a closer walk with God. ✨ What we surrender in obedience, God can use for something far greater. Have you ever experienced a moment when obedience to God required sacrifice?

I became the only Christian in my family. I became different than everyone else in my family. It also caused a lot of heartache in my marriage before my husband accepted Christ. It hasn’t been easy, but it is so worth anything in this world, to follow Christ into the next world! Praise God! Hallelujah!

@Sarah Gatewood Forgiveness is not about resolving a problem. It’s obedience to Christ and for our benefit. I was sexually molested as a child. God wanted me to forgive those who hurt me. It ate me alive until I obeyed Him. It’s a choice. Even if our feelings don’t line up with it. God helps us to move on, and feelings eventually follow. What a weight that was lifted off my shoulders!! Keep your family member in prayer! You’re not responsible for their actions. They are. You can only be responsible for your actions! It’s a hard lesson to learn, but so worth it.

Please pray for my Dad and stepmom. My stepmom, Nancy, is 90 and has Alzheimer’s. She’s been bedridden for two years and totally dependent on nursing staff. My Dad is 92, has dementia, and had a mimi-stroke 2 years ago, that left him unable to read or write. For a very intelligent man, it left him depressed. On top of that, the two families are battling finances. Please pray for salvation for Nancy & Howard (my dad) Kingman, that God prepares them for going home to their Savior, and for salvation and resolution for the families dealing with the finances. Salvation for them as well. Also my dad has stopped eating and has lost around 50 pounds. Not good! Comfort for both families as the prepare to lose a parent.
💖 Living Loved, Not Striving for Approval
So many of us live exhausted — constantly trying to prove our worth, earn validation, and meet expectations. We strive to be enough for everyone around us, hoping their approval will finally make us feel secure. But you were never meant to live chasing approval. You were meant to live from love. When you understand that you are already loved by God — fully, completely, and unconditionally — everything changes. You don’t have to perform for acceptance. You don’t have to shrink or pretend. You don’t have to earn what has already been given. Striving says, “I have to prove myself.” Living loved says, “I am already accepted.” When you live loved: ✨ You serve from overflow, not pressure. ✨ You set boundaries without guilt. ✨ You walk in confidence, not comparison. ✨ You rest in who you are, not what you do. Approval is temporary. God’s love is permanent. Stop striving. Start resting. Live loved. 💛

I have lived the majority of me life wanting to be accepted and not rejected. That’s all I strived for as a little girl. I was constantly being yelled at, belittled and never good enough. Once I became a Christian, knowing God made me and loved me wholly and completely, gave me the confidence to set boundaries and stand up for myself. However, I started to slip back into some of those old patterns because I was placing some unrealistic expectations on myself because of my disabilities. Thank you for this reminder that I am already completely and wholeheartedly loved. God is pulling me out of a very long wilderness period and this truly helped. Thank you for your faithfulness to God and to us. It does not go unnoticed! ❤️

That was me! I used to run myself ragged trying to be everything to everyone. I would feel so guilty when I failed. Now I am not afraid to say no and not feel guilty. I say yes when God prompts me, that way I know I will not fail because God’s got it!
Spiritual Endurance in Long Seasons
Some seasons don’t pass quickly. They stretch longer than expected — testing patience, faith, and emotional strength. Prayers feel repetitive. Progress feels slow. Weariness quietly settles in. But long seasons build deep endurance. They teach us how to trust God beyond feelings… how to remain faithful without immediate reward… how to keep walking even when the path feels endless. Endurance isn’t loud. It’s steady. It’s choosing obedience daily. It’s holding on when quitting feels easier. It’s believing God is working even when nothing changes outwardly. Long seasons are not wasted seasons. They are training grounds for stronger faith, deeper character, and lasting spiritual maturity. So if you’re in a long stretch — don’t give up. God strengthens those who keep going. And in time, endurance always produces fruit.

My heart is heavy lately, and I am really struggling. I have always been about following God’s will for my life. Lately I have been struggling with what He is trying to show me. I’ve had 48 years of spinal issues and pain. The worst is my neck, and now, arthritis in my hand and foot pain, which hinders everything I do. I when through a 7 year wilderness period and am struggling to pray and study. Sometimes I just want to give up, but I know my only choice is to surrender. I feel numb. Where do I start again? I am also frustrated because my kids are not following God! And my marriage is difficult most likely because of my attitude. I need God’s help and I need an attitude
