@Ron Walraven Here’s a quick example of what he’s looking for: - flip or rental in Anderson & surrounding areas (greenwood, Abbeville, Pendleton, Greenville, etc) - cash buyer, can close within about 3 weeks. - 3/2 is the sweet spot but if you get anything like 2/1 it’s gotta be a good deal. Possibly can be converted would be best. - pretty much anything you find in those areas he will take a look at them. - Price point: possibly $300k or lower I gotta confirm that but anything that’s a good deal I’m sure he wants to look at it.
