Sunday Theme of The Week: GOAL SETTING
As the new year begins, many people set resolutions with excitement and motivation, but without clarity, structure, or sustainability. Goal setting is not about pressure, drastic change, or perfection. It’s about intentionally choosing directions that support your mental wellness, stress management, and daily habits over time. Rather than asking, “What do I want to achieve this year?” we ask: “How do I want to live this year and what goals support that life?” What is one goal or resolution you’re carrying into the new year, and what do you hope it gives you (peace, confidence, health, balance, fulfilment)?

My goal is to implement consistent self-care into my daily routine not as a reaction to burnout, but as a non-negotiable part of my life. I want self-care to be preventative, not emergency-based. I hope this gives me clarity, by helping quiet the mental noise and close the countless tabs open in my head. I hope it brings me peace and balance, so I’m not constantly operating in survival mode. Most of all, I want it to remind me that caring for myself is not optional it’s necessary, deserved, and foundational to the life I’m building. 💜
