Look at What You Did This Week
Stop for a second. Not to plan. Not to optimize. Not to think about next week. Just to look back at this week. Give yourself credit where it's actually due. You showed up. You engaged with hard questions about meaning, about what matters, about how you spend your time and energy. That's not nothing. It is something! Most people never ask these questions at all. So before the weekend arrives and the week dissolves into the next one, celebrate! One win. One moment you handled well. One thing you did, not tried. One decision that reflected who you're becoming. To have a meaningful week you just need to notice what was real in it. This community exists because growth is better together. And part of growing is learning to honor your own progress, not just push past it. 💬 What's your win this week..big, small, quiet, loud? Drop it below. You earned the moment. Take it.

I worked out on my Peloton 4 days this week.
Momentum Is Built, Not Found
Earlier this week you paused and looked honestly at your goal. You checked your language. You noticed your patterns. You applied your energy toward meaningful movement. That matters. Because momentum does not suddenly appear one day. It’s built. Built through clarity. Built through intentional thoughts. Built through necessary choices. Built through disciplined action. And often, it’s built quietly. One decision at a time. One aligned step at a time. One week where you choose to move forward instead of starting over. Take a moment today to recognize that. Not everything has to be finished to acknowledge progress. Sometimes the most powerful shift is simply knowing you are no longer standing still. 💬 Where did you create momentum for yourself this week?

I luv this! This week I have gone LIVE every day. I went to a women's networking workshop yesterday evening from 5:30 - 7:30. I schedule my LIVEs for 6:30pm, therefore I had to adjust my time to go LIVE. When I got home close to 8pm, I did not feel like going LIVE, although I did and for over an hour. Plus "momentum" is my word of the year💞🙏
Gently Choosing to Continue
There is a quiet moment that happens after things don’t go the way we hoped. It's the moment where we decide how we’re going to treat ourselves next. Necessity today is not about fixing, forcing, or proving anything. It’s about choosing kindness and movement at the same time. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to make up for lost time. You don’t need to start over in a dramatic way. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply say, “I’m still here, and I’m willing to take one small step.” That step doesn’t have to be impressive. It just has to be honest. Progress is not created by pressure. It's created by staying connected to yourself when things feel messy or imperfect. If today feels heavy, let necessity be gentle. Choose one small action that feels supportive, not punishing. That is more than enough to keep you moving forward. 💬 What is one small, kind step you can take today to support yourself where you are right now? 🌸

Staying with the One Thing
There is something powerful about choosing one thing and staying with it, especially when motivation wavers or emotions rise. It builds trust with yourself. This week may not have looked the way you imagined. And that’s okay. The real work wasn’t about perfect follow-through. It was about noticing whether you stayed connected to yourself or turned away the moment things felt hard. One focus is not about restriction. It’s about giving your energy somewhere safe to land. Every time you return to the same commitment, even imperfectly, you reinforce a quiet truth: “I can stay.” “I can choose again.” “I don’t abandon myself when it gets uncomfortable.” That is how identity shifts. Not through force. Through faithfulness to one small promise. As this week closes, you don’t need to evaluate or judge anything. Just notice what it felt like to stay with one thing, or to gently come back to it. That noticing alone is growth. 💬 What did staying with one focus this week teach you about yourself? 🌸

Overall I had a quiet week. My dad's 1 year anniversary since his death was January 1, 2026 and his birthday was January 13th. Having these two dates so closely together encouraged me to take time off and away. The world is not going to stop or slow down for me. I needed to slow down for myself. I learned that I did NOT feel guilty for taking the time I needed to focus on missing my dad. I must be growing somewhere in life..LOL💞
Staying With Yourself
Discipline today is not about doing more. It's about not leaving yourself when things feel uncomfortable. So often, discipline gets framed as intensity or force. But real discipline, the kind that creates lasting change, is quieter than that. It’s the practice of staying present with yourself instead of withdrawing into self-criticism or avoidance. When you miss a day, feel off track, or lose momentum, discipline shows up as compassion paired with choice. “I can acknowledge this without turning on myself.” “I can take one small step without making it mean anything about my worth.” This is how self-trust is rebuilt. Not through perfection, but through consistency in how you treat yourself. Today, discipline might look like returning gently to something you care about. Or it might look like resting without guilt. Both can be acts of commitment when they come from self-respect. You are allowed to keep going at a pace that honors your humanity. 💬 What does staying with yourself look like today, even in a small way? 💖

Happy Sunday! I wrote a To Do for today. I realize I am not going to do everything on my list. Because I don't want to and I don't have to. I am doing the things on my list that matter and do not have me stressed out on a Sunday.💞
