Just wrapped an episode with @Shawn Ziem on his podcast, Network Market Insider, and it was a POWERFUL conversation. We went beyond surface-level tips and really got into my journey: how I started three years ago, dabbling and trying to figure things out, then about 11 months ago discovered wholesaling, which is when things really started to click for me. On December 6th, 2025, I launched the Learn Wholesaling Real Estate community, and since then, we’ve grown to over 180 members, which has been incredible to see in such a short time. We talked a lot about what it actually takes to build a real community, not just an audience, and how culture, execution, and intentional structure are what create momentum, not just content. I shared how my focus has been on creating an environment where people don’t just learn, but actually take action and start moving toward real deals. We also broke down wholesaling from a high-level view and how anyone, anywhere, with no money and no experience, can get started and begin closing deals by plugging into the systems, tools, and environment I’ve built inside the community. From there, we expanded into the future of Skool, business, and entrepreneurship, and I shared my belief that the people who win moving forward won’t just be the most skilled, but the most connected. I truly believe in people over profits, and that when you invest in relationships genuinely and intentionally, those connections can pay you back exponentially over time, not just financially but mentally and spiritually as well. It was an amazing experience, I’m forever grateful to @Shawn Ziem for the opportunity, and I’m definitely looking forward to the next conversation!

Hey all I need to post this; this is @Shawn Ziem one of our admin here on Evolve now Social. . This guy is a machine, and many people are sleeping on what he’s going to become! Shawn is only just getting started on Skool, but he has already connected and collaborated with so many Skool communities—and just look at the engagement on his Skoolers post. Now, for a second, think of Hormozi—how big he is, how much people are willing to spend on anything he creates. Shawn is going to be just as big! Please understand this. I have no doubt in my mind about it. If you have a Skool community, chances are you have been, or will be, on one of his podcasts. Chances are you joined Evolve through Shawn.
