Looking for support (blueprint or design) for my own business to call inbound leads, qualify and establish details required to then send information to crm (zoho) for the sales person to then quote and follow up. Objective - to reduce the "wasted" outbound calling time and concentrate on the closing of opportunities. I have some experience of N8N and automation flows, but this is beyond my reach - so would value a supportive approach so I can learn you to build, implement and improve. Early thoughts are to use N8N, Eleven Labs, access to some business data and then webhook etc to zoho to record the conversation by text etc. Based in UK. If you feel you can offer a supported approach and realistic costs then please let me know, with some examples and costs of what you have done commercially for other business. Not interested in a "jarvis", excited to build a high quality, sales conversational ai agent to help grow my business!

Hi All! Been sat now for a couple of hours trying to work out how to return specific sections from a webpage (content above and below a certain point). I can't see any specific breaks in the code to try and separate? I have tried the HTML to text and still can't get my head around it? Anybody have any great tips or tricks for scraping specific parts of pages?

Has anybody built a robust calling system with N8N? I have 2 scenarios that I need to build for my own business. 1. To qualify inbound leads (contact the customers we can't reach) and then transfer or arrange a callback time. 2. Outbound calling to UK B2B numbers that may have to deal with typical gatekeeper questions. We do have access to mobiles, but don't really want to spam! I have the ability to use N8N - but open to any templates!? Looking at Synthflow for call making (but would appreciate view on other providers). Using Zoho for the CRM system to update information. Any pointers would be grateful, not looking for somebody to build it for me - just to help me create my own as I am learning (like most of us)..

Learning Make & N8N to build an expert agent in commercial van knowledge to then help my customers and leads (via phone/email and text) with further information and quotes from stored information. It's going to be a tough journey - but looking forward to the challenge!! Any hints or tips are welcome!
