What I Have Come To Discover From Different People.
Yes people have esteem to join and do what has values! But the problem is that we think there's perfect time to do what is right. So we push on still saying, there is perfect time. The perfect time is now, because you don't know for tomorrow. You start a day, a week and a month with the two words" PERFECT TIME"! You end up the day, the week, the month and even the year with the two words perfect time and without taking action. The perfect time is when you take action and start building on the solid rock foundation. Once you have decided, that small step is a great show up of your journey. Let me talk about during the unlog time, you are jobless and you think of going to search for a job! The differences will be there when you get out and start your journey for searching. But when you are just indoor, and doing nothing, you can't say you have taken action. unless you had to decide and plan how and where to search for job or start your own business. I can remember during the unlog time people used to wake up early in the morning, get prepared and started their journey's to go around in different places to look for jobs. You were to get prepared everyday and started your journey for searching for job untill you get. And after getting the job, it was not the end of your journey, but the one step ahead you have gone. So far everyday was to go for your duty to do the job. That's perfect time! It is every time that you can do something constructive.

Waiting around for the perfect time is the easiest trap to fall into because it always feels like you are being responsible instead of procrastinating. Just picking one small task and getting it done today beats spending another week trying to figure out the right moment to begin. Love the perspective Leah.
🏆 Welcome to October: September Wall of Fame & The Fresh Month Reset!
Happy Sunday! As we step into October today, we are officially turning the page to a fresh month, and driving straight into Month 2 of our 90-Day Growth Challenge. Sundays are meant for reflection, resetting your environment, and planning your daily inputs for the week ahead. But before we lay down our targets for October, we need to celebrate the action-takers who set the pace in September! Here is our official September Community Leaderboard: 1. Leah A Shivo+73 2. 2George Mmekwa+27 3. Tsolmon Byambaa+264 4. Lucy Mwaura+235 5. Md Murad Hossain+176 6. Sondra Melson+157 7. Isha Rana+118 8. Susan Stella+109 9. Sauda Salat+910 10. Steven C. Metzger+9 A massive shoutout to Leah (+73) for setting a blistering pace at the top of the board, and to every single member in this Top 10! You showed up, helped fellow builders, dropped value in the feed, and stayed accountable throughout September. 👏 Here is the beauty of stepping into a new month: The leaderboard resets! Whether September brought you major breakthrough wins or felt like a long season of laying heavy underground roots, October gives you a clean slate. 3 Rules for October Execution: 🎯 Double down on daily inputs: Don't check the scoreboard every 10 minutes. Focus on landing your daily hammer blows, your daily outreach, content, and classroom lessons. 🏃 Keep your 3 pillars locked in: Money targets stay on the wall, daily movement stays non-negotiable, and phone-free family time stays protected. 💬 Engage to learn: The members who post their check-ins, ask sharp questions, and support others in the comments are the ones who build momentum the fastest. The board is wide open again. Every single spot is up for grabs. Kind regards, Coach Sam Gicheha P.S. The board resets, but your habits accumulate. Lay your first brick for October today! 🏆🔥 👇 COMMUNITY CHALLENGE (Drop your response below): 1. Give a 👏 to salute our September Top 10! 2. Tell me: Are you claiming a spot on the leaderboard this month? Let’s hold each other accountable in the comments!

🛑 Day 28 Of 90 Day Challenge- Make Small Tasks You Cannot Fail.
It is Monday. Let me take you back to my old Monday mornings. I was a high school math and physics teacher. Chalk on my hands. A small salary. My money was finished by the 5th of the month. Every Monday I made a big plan. This week I will change everything. By Wednesday I had done nothing. By Friday I was tired and ready to quit. I did this for months. Big plan. Big tasks. Nothing to show. Then one night I just got tired .So I made my plan small. Very small. Just 30 minutes after my wife and kids were asleep. That was all. 30 minutes. Every night. Even on bad days. That small plan is the reason I am writing to you today. A few days ago we said never miss twice. Then we talked about doing the work when nobody is watching. Today I give you the thing that makes both of them easy. MAKE IT SO SMALL YOU CANNOT FAIL. ❌ "I will work 5 hours today" → you do 0 ✅ "I will work 30 minutes today" → you do 30, and many times more. ❌ "I will run 10km" → you never start ✅ "I will walk 20 minutes" → you go, and you go again tomorrow. ❌ "I will fix my marriage this week" → too big, so nothing happens ✅ "I will sit with my wife for 15 minutes, phone down" → she feels it today. Small does not mean weak. Small means it happens. A small thing you do every day beats a big thing you do once. Monday does not need a hero. Monday needs one small step you can repeat 62 more times. YOUR DAY 28 ACTION (keep each one small): 1. BODY — 20 minutes only. Gym, a walk, or press-ups at home. Do not plan 2 hours. Plan 20 minutes. 1. FAMILY — 15 minutes. Phone face down. Ask your wife, your husband or your child one question. Then just listen. 1. BUSINESS — 30 minutes. One task only. Pick one: write one post, send 5 DMs, finish one lesson in the classroom, or put your product up for the first time. That is all. Three small things. Less than 90 minutes. Do not look for a big day. Look for a small day you can do again tomorrow. Big plans feel good. Small plans build empires.

Setting a massive to do list on Monday morning is usually the quickest way to end up doing zero work by midweek. Keeping the actual daily inputs down to one small item makes it much easier to sit down and just knock it out. I usually draft my quick outlines in ChatGPT and keep the single daily target as a task in Floment AI. The tricky part is still resisting the urge to add five more things once you get on a roll.
Finishing the Modules vs First Sale
Watching through the tutorials makes everything feel simple and straightforward while you're taking notes. But once the classroom videos end and it's time to actually set up your offer, post content, and talk to leads, momentum stalls fast. Most beginners get stuck trying to organize daily action steps once they leave the lessons. What was the hardest part for you when moving from watching the training to trying to make your very first dollar?
