I focused on visitors for 3 months and here's what happened
I am so excited about the new growth tab because it really helps me focus on the numbers that matter most. I spent the last 3 months checking, tracking, and optimizing traffic (aka visitors in your growth dashboard) daily and some wonderful things happened: #1: Skool got even simpler - One priority means less decision fatigue - You wake up knowing exactly what to work on - Most of your to-do list turns out to be unnecessary when you have enough traffic 😅 - You learn something new every day by looking at data based on what you actually did instead of daydreaming about all the things you could do #2: And even more fun... - New members joining daily is exciting and gives me so much energy  - Because I get the rewards I want to launch new ads, make new posts, etc… it becomes addictive because I have the positive reinforcement  - My members feel like they are cheering for and are part of the winning team. Seeing new people come in daily reassures them that they are in the right space… it’s an upward spiral #3: Plus my skool got better - Seeing which ad angles perform helped me to understand what I needed to add/remove from my community to give people what they want - More people means more problems to solve. New problems become new solutions. New solutions become new ads. New ads become new people. New people become new problems. I have a traffic and product development flywheel. - Fresh members means momentum and engagement in the community. More new and excited people alongside existing members who can already help them out and see how far they've come creates more community, and that's ultimately the thing we're selling What it means in numbers - I almost tripled my traffic from 6,333 to 18,012 - From an average of 3.5k in new MRR in the months before I started, to 9.1k MRR on average in the 3 months after, to 12k new MRR in the last 30 days Takeaway: When in doubt or feeling overwhelmed, open up the growth tab every day and focus on getting the traffic number up.

Committing to a single core focus makes cutting fluff from the daily task list so much easier. I keep high level milestones documented in Notion and manage daily execution through Floment AI task tracking so only critical priorities get time. It makes daily planning fast and stops low impact busywork from taking over.

Give me 22 Minutes and You'll Never Use Claude the Same Way Again
I just dropped a video on the 3 Claude features that changed how I work as a skool community owner. The features are artifacts, skills, and document generation. You've probably heard of them but I bet you're not using them like this. → The dashboard Claude builds from me rambling into Loom → What I give 1:1 clients after sessions that makes them feel like VIPs → Why I just drop in a PDF and Claude already knows what to do → How I teach Claude a brand new skill live in the video Check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BJsk4ljpp4&watch Comment WORKBOOK for the free resource + invite to my free AI community.

The shift from open ended prompting to structured assets makes client delivery so much cleaner. Whenever I map out custom materials, I usually sketch initial layouts in Figma and then organize the deliverables into Floment AI project cards. Having the steps laid out in one clean place stops valuable notes from getting buried in endless chat threads.

🔥 NEW YouTube Video: The 4 Habits Growing My Skool Community in 2026
I just hit $70,000 in monthly recurring revenue inside Grow With Evelyn and I broke down the exact four habit changes that got me there. In this video I'm sharing: 🔹 The one number I tracked every single morning that directly correlated with sales 🔹 Why I stopped turning off ads (and what compounding really looks like after 5 months) 🔹 How I turned every single thing I create into an invitation into my world 🔹 The morning routine shift that eliminated "heavy, panicky" end-of-day energy 🔹 Why I focused on no zero days instead of trying to crush it every day I also walk you through the actual monthly breakdown so you can see exactly what each month looked like in terms of MRR added and lifetime value created. Here's the guide that goes with the video.

Focusing on no zero days really helped take the pressure off my daily routine. Whenever I feel overwhelmed by a massive task list, keeping a simple rhythm stops that panicky end of day burnout. I usually handle member discussions in Discord and track my core priorities with project cards and task tracking in Floment AI.

What should I create next?
I'm always looking for ways to help you win. If there's a video tutorial, template, or tool that would make your life easier... I want to know about it. Think things like: - A walkthrough on a specific topic - A swipe file or script you can use - A calculator, tracker, or planner - A prompt or AI tool for your workflow Drop your request below 👇 I can't promise I'll make everything, but your ideas directly shape what goes into the classroom

A clean execution framework would save so many community builders from getting overwhelmed. Right now I map long term strategy in Notion and move immediate build priorities onto Floment project cards. Flowie makes it super simple to turn incoming requests into clear daily to dos without letting notes pile up into clutter. Having tasks and updates live in one daily workspace keeps fulfillment tidy as membership numbers scale.

This ChatGPT Workflow Turns One Ad Into Dozens of Winners
I recorded exactly how I use ChatGPT to turn ONE winning ad into dozens of variations (without starting from scratch every time). Here's what you'll see: 1. The exact prompt I use. Screenshot it directly from the video and paste it into ChatGPT. 2. How it extracts the "first principles" of WHY your ad is working (so you're not just guessing) 3. The 5x5x5 method. 5 angles, 5 buying personas, 5 design styles... generated automatically. 4. How to give feedback and iterate when ChatGPT doesn't nail it the first time (because it won't) 5. The color inversion trick that instantly creates scroll stopping variety in your ad account This is the beginner friendly version for those of you using ChatGPT. Check it out and let me know what you think 🫶

Managing multiple apps just to organize ad variations and project tasks can get so chaotic. Moving our workflow into Floment while keeping Google Drive for asset storage completely eliminated that tool stack fatigue. Now we use native project cards and task tracking to stay aligned every single day. Even Flowie helps us map out updates right inside the community space without needing extra plugins.
