1 contribution to IT Project Management
Quick question for the aspiring IT project managers and career switchers in here: How are you managing your project deliverables, sprint plans, and portfolio tracking as you build up your hands-on experience?
Breaking out of high-stress roles and stepping into IT project management without a coding background is an incredible move, but bouncing between scattered spreadsheets, messaging apps, and phone notes to keep your learning projects and practical builds organized gets chaotic pretty fast. Before I go over-engineering some complex backend setup... what does your actual project tracking stack look like when organizing your PM portfolios or real-world builds? Are you guys keeping project tasks strictly inside standard spreadsheets and notes apps, or using a simple, dedicated board to keep builds moving smoothly?
