Started building another custom AI-powered system for an e-commerce client 🚀
Started building another custom AI-powered system for an e-commerce client 🚀 This project includes: • Main E-commerce Website • Admin Portal • Staff Portal • Customer Portal • AI Voice Agent AI is integrated into the system to make the business smarter and more automated. The AI can assist customers, answer common questions, help with product information, provide order-related support, and reduce repetitive work for the team. The goal is to create one complete system where customers, staff, and admins can manage everything efficiently while AI helps automate customer communication and daily operations. If you want a custom-built system like this for your business, DM me.

Splitting the access across separate customer, staff, and admin portals makes a ton of sense so order management stays clean. Are you plugging the voice agent into something like Vapi or Bland to handle the live calls? Hooking that straight into order lookups will definitely cut down a lot of the usual support ticket clutter.
💸 You Do Not Need Expensive AI Tools to Build Great Automations.
Today I learned how four Claude connectors can build powerful AI workflows. Then I looked for free alternatives. The result surprised me. Instead of paid tools, I would use: - n8n instead of Zapier. - Google AI Studio and ComfyUI instead of Higgsfield. - Apollo Free and Hunter instead of Clay. - Supabase Free for long-term memory. The biggest lesson was not about the tools. It was that knowing how to connect them matters more than paying for them. What free AI tool has completely replaced a paid one in your workflow?

The n8n switch over Zapier is huge once you realize how quickly paid task limits eat up your margin on larger runs. Using Supabase for persistent state makes so much sense too, especially compared to wrestling with messy webhook syncs in Airtable or random local files.
The empty restaurant problem
was auditing a coach's sales page last week. zero testimonials. nothing. checked out a competitor in the same niche - full of screenshots and client wins. the difference in trust was instant. didn't even have to think about it. testimonials aren't about bragging. they're just proof someone else made the same bet and didn't regret it.

The empty restaurant comparison is spot on because no one wants to be the first table sitting inside. Even just a couple of raw screenshots from early client DMs make a page feel alive before you get full video case studies. People mostly just want to know you have actually solved the problem for someone before them.
I built an AI system that turns ideas into Reels
💭 I used to lose good content ideas because turning them into a finished Reel took too much time. So I built a workflow where my only input is a 2-minute voice note from my phone. 🎙️ 🤖 An AI agent turns the idea into a script, matches the visuals to my original voice, and builds the motion automatically. 🎬 Once the video is rendered, it sends the MP4 to Telegram where I can approve it before sending it to Instagram. 📱 The video attached to this post was made using this workflow. For the next version, I am thinking about adding HeyGen to make the videos more interesting. 🤔 What else would you add to make the final Reel more engaging?

Recording a quick voice note is so much easier than sitting down to write out full video scripts from scratch. For making the final Reel feel more engaging, adding subtle zoom cuts or B-roll emphasis during key punchlines usually holds attention better than a static talking avatar. I track which video ideas are ready for review using progress updates in Floment AI and handle the quick review on Telegram before posting. Rendering is automated now, but keeping up with the actual posting schedule is still the real challenge.
Collecting Ideas vs Actually Shipping
I've noticed it's super easy to browse through dozens of business models, save a bunch of resources, and feel like you've made real progress. But the moment you pick one to validate, the clarity fades and execution gets messy fast. You go from having 50 exciting concepts to staring at a blank screen wondering what day one actually looks like. What's the hurdle that usually stalls you out once you decide to stop researching and start building?
