Quick question for the creators taking daily reps in here: how are you organizing your music drops and product builds?
Cutting through the noise and generating songs or cover art is awesome, but bouncing between scattered prompt notes, random spreadsheets, audio files, and browser tabs to keep track of release pipelines gets chaotic pretty fast. Before I over-engineer some complex setup... what does your actual project tracking stack look like when pushing projects from idea to final drop? Are you keeping your task lists strictly in basic notes apps, or using a simple visual board/workspace to keep your builds moving forward consistently?
How Many artist projects is too many or is there such a thing?
I have a few bands but when I get help from Claude it insists I am spreading myself too thin and I'm always fighting with it that I'm not getting burned out etc. I do have a main and a secondary artist that I work on daily but I have like 7 other artist projects. I probably don't have as many as many of you do. Is there an optimum amount of artists? How many is too many?

There isn't really a hard limit as long as you aren't feeling burned out and your setup can actually handle it. I keep my main focus and secondary builds separated on Floment using dedicated project cards and daily to-dos so the background projects don't get messy while I work. How are you currently keeping track of tasks and progress across all 7 side projects?
