SOTY Bad Boy le Parfum
Lot's of mixed opinions here. Many sem to agree that it's not blind but safe. I blind bought it and fortunately it's still my favorite and most unique of the bad boy line for me. It's also one of my most complimented fragrances. Very fresh for a leather based scent. Super simple notes too. Grapefruit and cannabis up top ( more of a green hemp than skunky bud ), geranium and black pepper in the mid and leather and vetiver at the base. Very aromatic and projects really well for at least 4-5 hours. It's now been 24 hours and I can still faintly pick it up on skin. I can see how it might be polarizing, but 8 sure was happy with this blind buy! I'm curious about any of your experiences with this one..

@Lon Chaneyfield definitely designer. Nowhere near as seamless as a niche fragrance, but I haven't found anything niche that smells like this You're pretty well versed. Do you have any recommendations?

Don't know why it just sends me to Instagram and not a specific reel
Aether extrait and fig me up
I had clients at the gym all day today and it was still crisp out. Aether is a fragrance inspired by PDM Greenley. It's very close. The opening is a bit synthetic as you would expect, but after a few minutes, the only differences I noticed are that the apple isn't quite as prominent as the cedar on a close skin sniff. But it the air, it's 90%+ the same. Lovely spring fragrance in my opinion. Now I'm home and showered and I'm testing out a sample of fig me up by Mancera. Dry green fig, with rhubarb and the sweetness coming from the plum. Pretty unisex, but leans slightly feminine. I like the scent a lot on skin although it smells much more synthetic on paper. Opening is nice. Waiting to see how the dry down goes. I think it may be fine as a standalone, but could possibly have some good layering possibilities. I'll let you know as I try some. Have any of you smelled or own these?

@Justin Tillery it's damn close to Greenley for a fraction of the price. I bought a Greenley sample to do a side by side. I'd still buy the PDM if I was flush, but the difference isn't much imo
Fig ecstasy by Mancera
This is a greener fig fragrance with a unique blend of woods and a dry down that leans on incense and leather. Not overly sweet, but still definitely carries that fig essence. Great for moderate spring weather. Definitely a sleeper in my opinion. Have any of you tried this?

@Stephen Johnson I got 15ml testers from aura fragrance. Gives you enough to fully experience without buying a full bottle.
Man in black by Bvlgari
Outstanding fragrance. Spices ,rum and tobacco up top with leather tuberose and iris in the mid. Tonka, benzoin and guaic wood at the base. Very elegant and masculine. Another Alberto Morrilas masterpiece! Love this! What do you all think about this?
