Mindful, controlled movement might also strengthen the connection between your brain and the body’s muscles for overall good brain health, as well. Great for seniors.

Remind your clients to think of their core not just as "abs," but as a 360-degree corset of muscles from your shoulders to your hips, including the deep abdominals (transverse abdominals), back muscles, diaphragm, and pelvic floor.
