Sinking deeper in my embodiment
These past few weeks I’ve been leading my clients through an embodied immersion. And I’ve been completely immersed in it right along with them. It has been a transformative experience that is shifting me significantly. With that opportunities have been magnetizing to my field including a chance to do a photoshoot. For me, this was a huge invitation to be embodied in a whole new way. Growing up I despised taking pictures so I was I nervous I would come across really tense. But once I was there I felt so comfortable. I’m so pleased with how they came out. My vision was to honor my body & femininity. If you have been on the fence about doing one… take this as a sign to go for it. It will unlock something powerful within you.

Day 2
is there a moment in your life that changed your perspective forever. Let me tell you about mine. When my partner passed away, it changed my perspective on life forever. Life as I knew it was gone, the person I was, died the same day he did, but what happened, was it changed my perspective on the World, I could now see life through a different lens. It made my world become more colourful, because I could see life‘s precious moments and see how precious it was. Through my partner‘s death, I was given the gift of gratitude, and it’s like the last gift that he was able to give me, and it’s a wonderful and beautiful gift because I can now see life’s precious moments, I’m grateful and content with my life, and I believe that contentment is what leads to true happiness and joy. Is there a moment in life that changed your perspective forever? Let me know in the comments. #grief #widowsoftiktok #copingwithgrief #lifeafterloss #embody

Day 1
So here is the challenge for day 1– Share a story of a time where I have felt completely authentic to who I am and what happened. I have posted this on my TIKTOK page as well.

Day 2: One moment that changed your life forever
I filmed this in one take. It’s raw and bit emotional. I didn’t want to over film it. There is so much more to this story but I summed it up the best I could. All I know is that this boy changed the way I see the world and how we show up for one another. May he rest in peace 🙏

I am starting to see results because if this shift
So I had a big fear of being seen on camera, and since doing the accelerator and mastermind, I’ve now conquered it. I was fearful of putting my face out there on SM, but through the accelerator realised that if I want to be that beacon of light to others, I have to step into a new version of myself and realised that if I do this I can help so many people, so I put my fears aside and just started posting. That fear has completely gone now, but the thing is, I’ve started seeing results already, I’ve noticed I’m getting more saves, more reposts and more follows from my content now, and one of my TikTok’s has just got nearly 4000 views with lots of likes, comments, saves, reposts and follows. I previously couldn’t get over 500 views for any of my videos, so it really does make a difference when you show who you are, this was something that was really holding me back and I’m so glad I’ve been able to get past it.

@Rachel Elizabeth thanks Rachel, the original TikTok I did ended up getting over 8500 views, so I did a second video just like that one but different topic and that has over 3000 and still climbing, so many more comments and about 42 followers so far
