She showed up every single day and popped into calls even when she only had moments—through holidays, busy spells, and “life happening”—she made progress by stringing together good days. This is key! Consistency is stronger than occasional bursts of perfection. 2️⃣ Tactical Daily Habits > Over Micromanaging every bite of food... Instead of adding up spreadsheets of macros & calories, Paula ate key combinations on her custom plan, listened to metabolic hormone hunger signals, and later added morning vegetable juices to temporarily alkalize the bloodstream.
