@Eddy Soto that is interesting... I agree with the progressive load increase to failure. Not tried the angle variation before but that sounds good also. I used to build progressive overload with tabata timer. 4 mins 8x rounds. 20 seconds works, 10 sec rest. Repeat x8 times. this was the fastest way to increase muscle enduracnce.
