I'm Tommy Sobel, I am a mindset coach and healer for changemakers. Hi! My May goal is to strech my hamstrings at least every other day, to by the end of the month feel more mobility in my legs and back.

@Edward Ramirez-Wright ya I do! I’m not sure how to explain it but basically I stand with my knees locked and my arms placed on a table top, then without bending my back (keeping the natural arch), I start bending down and keep my legs straight. I hold this for about 20 secs and do it 3 x
