I was wondering why the percentage display was still at zero…. I watched many of the videos and thought that would change as I progressed through the videos. No big deal, just wondering.

I'm still new to this approach (I'm drilling the 4 formations), but I have to say playing the 4 formations is a breath of fresh air. I come from a 3NPS and CAGED background, and put off learning harmonic minor and melodic minor shapes because playing scales is just so.. boring? But I find joy in playing these 4 formations/phrases; they are musical and fun. It is a lightbulb moment for sure. Anyone else feel this way? Practice time is feeling more like a pleasure rather than a burden.

Day 1!! So this happened!!!! After starting the videos and getting up to the formations in a ii-V in F ….. I was able to take that info and for me immediately cycle through all 12 keys!!! Here is me going through 4 different keys….before the course I literally either eventually got lost or used the exact lick only moved to different keys. Now…. Just using formation 1 I can blaze through ii-V’s seamlessly!! That’s worth the money right there!

First off, Thank you for putting together this cool course!!! And not to be nitpicking, but right off the bat on Formation 1, the video and notation don’t match. In measure 2, beat 3 of formation one there is a C note followed by A and Bb before switching strings to the D note. In the video you omit two notes and just go A, Bb to the D….. so I’m wondering which one is correct, the video or notation and I’m sure both are totally fine to play, but I didn’t know if it mattered rhythmically down the line. Let me know your thoughts and thank you so much for making an amazing course!!!
