I closed my first wholesale deal today. I just wanted to bring the WIN to the community. it was a 3/2 1440 sq ft PROBATE property. I only made 3k on it, got it locked up at 162 found a investor used all the steps in the videos ( probate list, Zillow for investor) I didn't use any money except the $500 to put the contract in escrow for title. sold it for 165K it closed today.
