Thoughts on running ads to your skool communities?
First post in this community! Hyped to be here ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿป After running my Skool community for nearly 6 months now, Iโ€™ve noticed one topic of conversation that is met with both fear and excitement among skoolersโ€ฆ.. ADS!!! hahaha Iโ€™ve come notice that most skoolers fall into one of these two campsโ€ฆ 1. โ€œAds just donโ€™t work for communities, donโ€™t waste your time or moneyโ€ 2. โ€œAds can workโ€ฆ..but their a bit risky and expensiveโ€ Would love to hear any of your experiences with running ads to your communties! Was low spend the issue? Or profitability? Or was it the creatives and copy? OR do you absolutely LOVE running ads?? Let me know in the comments :)) ๐Ÿ––

@Michelle Spark Haha! Definitely recommend getting really granular with your metrics before giving ads a go - you might find some relationships that you didn't even expect! A good starting point if you do want to run ads in the near future is clearly defining your CPA limit to reach profitability. To give a quick demo for monthly priced communities... If: - Community price = $30/mo - Monthly ad spend budget = $500 To reach profitability after month 1 of your member joining: CPA limit = $30, providing 16.7 members! With the residual months that your members are with you being purely profit! If reach profitability after month 2 of your member joining: CPA limit = $60, providing 8.3 members. Really just comes down to knowing your limits. For some niches, CPA could be really high i.e 3x your paid offer price, substantially increasing time before breaking even at which point ad spend could start to affect cashflow. Hope that helps :)

@AI For Teachers With Diana Totally agree! I don't run any facebook groups myself, only ads :)

Spending forty hours on one background isn't dedication. It's a prison sentence preventing you from finishing your project. Many artists fear 3D tools are cheating. That lie keeps you stuck as a struggling artist while pros hit deadlines using every tool available. At Creative Illuminati, we focus on results. DAZ3D and Blender don't replace your art. They remove the soul-crushing labor of perspective and architecture. Use 3D assets to block out your scene and lock in angles. Then, draw over them with confidence. Focus on character acting and story, not vanishing points. Stop wasting time on grids and start building your world. What is the most frustrating part of drawing backgrounds for you? Share your experience in the community. Join the Creative Illuminati to master these workflows and finish your work faster. https://www.skool.com/mikes-sketchbook-7350/about
