I wanted to introduce myself through a short story of how I ended up here and why Prague, specifically Holešovice, is where I am heading next. Right after graduating high school in June 2025, my dream was to jump straight into traditional real estate. Property always fascinated me, but that path did not work out at the time. So, I pivoted into marketing and launched my own B2B lead gen agency, helping SaaS companies scale their outbound MRR. Over the summer in 2026, I also gained hands-on tech experience as an SDR, working on drone inspections for solar, real estate, power grids, and M&O. While marketing started as a passion, I quickly realized it was just a tool to sell. And more importantly, I realized that true sales is not about pushing products, it is about human connection. I genuinely love talking to people, starting with casual chats and gradually shifting into deep, meaningful conversations. That shift in mindset changed everything for me. It led me to combine my passion for real estate and human connection into what I'm focusing on today: acquiring, strategizing, and scaling digital communities, what I like to call "Digital Real Estate." Traditional real estate will definitely come back into my life later, this time as an investor rather than an agent. Off duty, I keep my mind and body active by lifting weights, running, playing chess, or playing poker. I do not play poker for the gamble, but for the game theory, math, and psychological discipline behind it. I joined this group to build genuine long term connections before making my full move to Prague.
