Hey everyone! 👋 Maybe I'm a bit lost... Coming from Central Europe (Czechia 🇨🇿), my perception of "courier work" was always just driving for food delivery apps for pennies, like Bolt Food or Foodora. Seeing how you guys build actual B2B logistics businesses here - medical routes, direct contracts, LLCs, and scaling with trucks is completely different from anything I could have imagined. But I have a (maybe naive) question that’s been bugging me: Is this B2B courier model strictly a US game, or could it work in Europe too? 🇺🇸 vs 🇪🇺 Over here in Europe, it feels like logistics is 100% dominated by giant corporations, and I catch myself thinking: "There's no way an independent courier could land direct B2B contracts like this in Europe, right?" Or am I just looking at this completely wrong and missing the bigger picture? Peace!
