I personally think its great, It always makes me feel better and work harder. Obviously with anything made in a lab we should probably have some time off of it.

Rough Start, But Still Showing Up
Man… today was rough. Woke up with a huge headache and a sore throat — pretty sure it’s allergies (it’s ALWAYS allergies). Had to skip the gym, which I hate doing, but sometimes your body tells you to chill. So today is all about resting up, recharging, and coming back stronger. Even on the off days, we’re still moving forward. 💪🏼 How’s everyone else feeling today?

Chasing 160 💪🏼
Current goal — trying to get to 160 lbs. Started at 147, sitting at 155 right now. It’s been a grind, but I’m focused on eating more, training consistently, and staying patient with the process. The scale is moving slow, but progress is progress. Built for the kids. 🔥
