MEET MEISTER HANS: YOUR GERMAN DISCIPLINE IS ABOUT TO GET REAL
👋 Hey everyone, 💪 Strategy gets you started. Discipline gets you fluent. 🇩🇪 That's why we're bringing in Meister Hans—a no-nonsense German master craftsman who will be co-hosting our upcoming videos and webinars. While I handle the roadmap, Hans handles accountability. He's here to eliminate the excuses, tighten the execution, and make sure you're ready for the real thing. ❓ Who is Meister Hans? 🔧 Blue boiler suit, workshop mindset, fueled by strong coffee ☕ 🚫 Zero tolerance for skipped sessions, disorganized study, or half-measures ⏱️ Runs on three non-negotiables: 25-minute Pomodoro blocks, absolute organization, immediate action 🗣️ He'll be the voice calling out when you're cutting corners, the presence reminding you that fluency isn't built on motivation—it's built on showing up the same way, every single day. That's the German apprenticeship standard, and that's what you're signing up for. 🎯 Ready for real structure? 💬 Drop a comment below. Tell us you're locked in. ⚡ Nicht lang schnacken, machen.

Typical start dates for Ausbildungstellen?
I am curious. Since dual Ausbildungstellen require school and on the job training it likely means that these types of Ausbildungstellen are not available to start every month, but rather or linked to when the classes start for the school year ... for example in the Autumn or in the Spring. Or is that not the case? Can it be that the Ausbildung for many positions can start any month. if a student for example gets their B1 Zertifikat on the end of October does that mean that they will not be able to start somewhere until 6 months later in the Spring? How crucial is the timing?

🚨Keeping It Real: Our Application Filters & Expectation Management
Hey Community! 👋 Our mission at ausbildungforfilipinos.com is simple: Get you to Germany with maximum speed and a 100% success rate! ✈️🇩🇪 To make this happen, we must be 100% transparent about how the German job market and visa processes work in reality. 💼 ❤️ As much as we are willing to help everyone who dreams of a career in Germany, we have to manage expectations properly. Accepting applications that have a near-zero chance of passing strict German visa rules or school requirements wastes your valuable time and our team's resources. 📢 IMPORTANT: Because total clarity is essential, this will be a permanent, regular topic in ALL of our upcoming webinars from now on! We want to ensure every single member understands the exact baseline requirements before investing their energy. 🗓️ To maintain high velocity and guaranteed results, we (ausbildungforfilipinos.com) filter applications based on the following practical age brackets: 👇 🔹 Age 18 to 25 (The Ideal Zone): Open access to all available industries. Maximum approval rate by German employers! 🚀 🔹 Age 26 to 35 (The Shortage Zone): We strictly process candidates in this bracket ONLY for high-demand sectors like Healthcare (Nursing) and Hospitality/Gastronomy. 🏥🍳 Other industries will be automatically filtered out for this age group. 🔹 Age 36 and Above (Filtered entirely from today onward): These applications are no longer accepted or processed. 🛑 While German law theoretically allows it, the practical visa hurdles (such as mandatory proof of extensive retirement assets for older applicants) make success highly improbable in reality. 🎯 We focus 100% of our energy on paths that yield real, fast results. Make sure to tune into our next upcoming webinar, where we will address this directly and map out the exact strategy for each viable bracket. 🎥 Let's optimize, focus, and win this together! 💪🔥 Your mentor Arnd
