I used to think the hardest part of the mountain was the climb. But the truth is, it is the weight: Fatigue becomes familiar. Frustration simmers beneath the surface. Discouragement whispers that we are falling short while giving everything we have. There comes a moment when we realize we cannot keep climbing without release. That is where the Sherpa Method begins. There are four touchstones that mark the climb and transform shepherds into sherpas. At each touchstone we set something down so we can carry what matters most. Alignment — Energy protection. Ask: Where am I out of step? Impact — Credibility. Ask: What are my boundaries? Integrity — Truth. Ask: Which emotion do I most often hide: grief, sadness, anger, frustration, or disappointment? Renewal — Perspective and steadiness. Ask: Where am I most weary: mind, body, or spirit? I have built this space for your reflections to live. It is for grandparents who said yes when life changed direction, because no one was meant to climb alone. ⛰️
