GHL - Overall Lag and Slowness?
Am I the only one frustrated with the lag in GHL in browser and moving between screens, opportunities, txting in conversations etc. Tried clearing browser cache, using incognito mode, disabling some extensions, etc. Been this way for weeks and getting fed up with it. It really seems isolated to GHL as I use many other apps and programs on same laptop without noticeable lag. It's to the point I don't want to use GHL as it's so slow. I have a huge list of contacts I want to upload and test a cold-email campaign but worried it will make it even worse. Open to any troubleshooting sugestions.....
Door Hanger Advertising
Passed out 150 door hangers and got 4 new customers in our neighborhood. One month in and we have 8 customers so far. Long way to go, but making steady progress. 😎

That's great hustle. Congrats!
Billing Methodologies / 5 stops a month
Ok so it's end of month invoice time. In Skimmer I always look at the 'Profit" report to check my labor rates, # visits and chemical costs to see where I'm mostly winning and losing on some old accounts. Keep in mind I'm 4months into this biz so been heads down and growing and not thought thru everything yet :) Brings up a bigger question for me when I see 5 visits a month due to 5 Monday and Tuesdays like here in Sept. At 105 MRR stops now these things add up to considerable money. Monthly billing we think of 4 weeks a month but we know there's 52 weeks a year. How many of us have in our service agreements X number of weeks no service a year? How many do 4 week billing cycles (as I just heard a talk about that) Other methods? Or am I over thinking this?

@Edmund Shahbazyan I like that concept too. May work that into my next few new pool sales and see how it's received. thanks!
Door knocking
Any one have any experience or successes in door knocking to land new clients. I have been thinking about hiring some sales people to door knock the neighborhoods we already have accounts in. The plan would be to offer free water tests with a spintouch so it’s a digital test and they don’t have any reason to doubt the results. And have a sales pitch from there. We are at 200 per month could offer a sign up deal or a Refferal program if they refer us to a neighbor. Was thinking to pay the knockers 200 per signed account. Let me hear any pros or cons and all of your recommendations!

@Chad Mull Have you put this into practice yet? I have 1000 door hangers that I have my pool techs drops at neighbor pools when they are at stops. Sent 2 of them out last Sat to hit 100 homes in an area I want more pools. Lot's of HOA's in my area so have to take the "No Soliciting" serious. It's a numbers game for sure. Keep us posted as we do the SpinTouch and that's a great sales tools for sure. Instant credability.

Angie’s list, yelp, or Google business? Where do you get the most bang for your buck? Angie’s list is offering 6-11 leads per month for $350. I believe Yelp has a package at $500 monthly. Not sure about Google’s pricing. Curious if anyone has any Recommendations or insight on this. Thanks! ☺️

Great advice above. Pick the one that fits your budget and goals but MOST important is "speed to lead" in my opinion. Leads do you no good if you don't have system or capacity to act on it within 1minute. I'm doing the same testing now with Angi/HomeAdvisor as of last week and it's even more important when they are shared leads like that going out to 10 other pool companies. I've won several being able to respond asap.
