I ran a Facebook lead ad for 7 days, My target market are landlords in Nottingham (UK) who want to give over their property to be managed by us. RENT 2 RENT. below are my results and best performing ad creative attached . Any advice on improving performance $150 spent 20 leads generated (but only shows 18 leads) cost per lead $8.02 CTR 0.76% From the leads only 2 have potential to become deals, there were a lot of junk leads. Part of the reason for this is the lead ad kept getting rejected because i was asking questions so i only asked for contact information. I'm thinking of driving traffic to a Quizz page to ask the leads Questions. Something like "discover if your property qualifies for our guaranteed rent scheme answer these 6 Questions " This hopefully will increase the CTR / Leads let me know your thoughts
whoa, thats sound great. what is a client worth to you? how many people do you need to talk to to land one? and can't you ask a few qualifiers in the lead ad or no?
@James Alade , yeah, don't kill them yet then....you need to see how many calls lead to a sale. You have very little data. If you sold one of the 2 good ones you have, you'd be at a 10x ROI.

Any advice around questions you ask yourself or advice you've kept in mind when pairing data-backed messages with emotional text in putting together your offer messages? I'd like to learn about how I can structure our offer message effectively. Here is our current website if you'd like to take a look: https://www.imbue-it.net
