Ideas on screening the best tenants
I have two homes to fill. I have a question. One of the ladies that want to move in is on parole for watching pornography of a minor, served 34 months. She mentioned that they would pass out flyers in the mail if she moves in. The house is currently empty, she would be the first tenants. I just declined a male on ssi that admitted to doing drugs. Smoking is allowed outside but no illicit drugs. What are your thoughts? Give me your ideas

I’m open to criminal backgrounds, but any sexual crimes I am doing a hard pass on because a lot of my homes are near schools.
