I woke up this morning with gratitude even though I was up til 4 am with a crying baby in my arms. My crying baby. Was it frustrating? Yup. Will there be more moments like this? Yup. But are they healthy and happy? Yup and Yup. At the end of the day, I am here because I want to build a better future for my kids. What about you? What's your why?

Greetings Fellow Spacers! Welcome to Spaces! A quick intro about me! I am Tobias, founder and CEO of Microdosify and Spaces. I am also a suicide survivor, father, husband, and son. My mental health journey has taken me to some of the darkest corners that many have never seen. Through self love, faith, and psychedelics, I was I able to overcome my depression and create the life of freedom that I have now. Today, I am a father of 4 beautiful kids with my amazing (and super forgiving) partner and a lifelong mission to serve others. My mission is to help others achieve optimal living through wellness, deep personal development, and a little sprinkle of psychedelics. Plant medicine can be life-changing, but it can also be confusing—a journey often traveled alone due to stigma. I’m here to help you navigate that confusion and find clarity. This journey means the world to me. Depression nearly took my life, and every day, we lose more and more people to this silent killer. But it doesn't have to be this way. That's why I created Spaces, a place where growth is not linear, but at-your-own-pace. A place where confusion becomes clarity, and clarity becomes peace of mind. A place where we can share, discuss, and learn without judgement. A place where we can hold Space for one another. Mush love, Tobias
