I just watched a training from Dr. Stephen over at Magnetic Memberships and it completely changed how I’m looking at community cover photos. With Skool now running ads, your cover photo isn’t just a banner anymore… It’s your ad. Most of us have been treating it like branding with a “logo” vibe, when now we should be treating it like a YouTube thumbnail.
