how do I know what beefy-level qualifies? (I have an asus tuf a15 gaming laptop with an nvidia 4060 running amd9 (i9 equivalent) cpu with 32gb ram-- more or less, I think:) I don't think I can run the test-command since my OS is linux mint. Does that work from a command prompt in terminal?

also, is this image generation only, or could something like this work for text based ai. Ive always thought I'd like to have a setup where all my own work is uploaded -- so that I can honestly say it is only being trained on my own writing (against the -- ai is stealing-- arguers:)
