This is an old photo of my grandson on the fence watching fireworks. I just love this picture!

We have been in the process of buying a house and now in the process of moving. Fortunately we only moved a mile away so the move has been less rushed. Now we are getting settled in and I’m feeling like I can start to breathe again. Purchased a cabinet on a garage sale for $30. Always wanted a better home for my camera gear. Took our dogs for a walk to the picnic area by the River which is practically our backyard. They are in the process of putting up a new fence. On the way a red fox crossed our path with a fresh kill. My hands were filled with dog leashes so no photos of the fox.

Had some issues with syncing photos from MacBook to iPad/iphone. Turned out to be an insufficient memory thing. There is a very small trail I guess you’d call it called Raven’s Nest that is supposed to be very photogenic. By the time I got there I was too tired to shuffle over the roots and other tripping hazards so it will be a future endeavor. From what I’ve seen on line it is gorgeous with a capital gorge.
