Weekly Achievements (Oct 20-24)
Guys... take it from me, someone who's been running a business for 7+ years now... set up boundaries and respect those boundaries. If you do not respect them, nobody else will. This week was rather emotionally draining due to misbehaving subscribers and buyers. I wrote about one of them a couple of days ago in my newsletter. I used to be one of those people who wanted to keep my subscribers (and especially buyers) happy at all costs... but I've learned this lesson the hard way... if you give someone an inch, they'll take the whole fucking universe. Set up boundaries early on if you want to save yourself headaches down the road. Anyway... As for this week's achievements... ✅ Money Proximity Level (MPL) #2: Promoted Gasper's ChatGPT Mastery and made some money ✌️ (Cart is closing on Sunday, in case any of you want this... https://www.cgptmastery.com/maliha) ✅ MPL #3: Made a lead magnet; will need to edit it over the weekend, tho. --- I just made up that acronym... MPL 😂 Basically, MPL or Money Proximity Level is a ranking system I came up with that ranks each task based on money proximity. MPL 1 is direct money in my bank. It's when a member renews their monthly or yearly subscription, or I get a new member. Or if I sell a one-off product. MPL 2 is for affiliate sales, where I partner with individuals. In this case, I'm an affiliate for Gasper Crepinsek's ChatGPT Mastery. I don't get the money as soon as the sales are made... I have to wait a bit. In this case, a week, before it hits my PayPal account. And then there's MPL 3... indirect money. The lead magnet, for example, will be tied to a paid product funnel. So while the lead magnet doesn't directly make me any money, some folks who sign up for it will likely buy the product down the funnel, making me money. MPL 4 includes all the other tasks... such as publishing a new post (blog or social) for visibility, but they don't end up in direct sales of anything.
