Visibility Spring Day 8: What I'm realising about my visibility is...
Complete one of these sentences: - I’m realising I’ve been too vague about… - I’m noticing I often avoid… - I’m clearer now that my clients need to hear… - I can see that my content has been focused too much on… - One shift I want to make is... And then share one POST idea that you will write and share today that actions what you have realised. For example: I'm noticing that I often avoid telling people how they can work with me.

I’m realising that I have been too vague about the transformation I bring so I was avoiding making offers and clear CTAs. This Visibility sprint has encouraged me to clarify my transformation process and outcomes so I can be specific about my offer and program.

Visibility Sprint Day 4: Name the REAL problem
This is one of the areas where coaches can have difficulty - moving deeply into the SPECIFICITY of the problem that the client is experiencing in words the CLIENT will use. These first few days of this sprint we are focusing on getting the foundations in place so that when you are posting, your work has IMPACT. Why this matters to prospective clients: Clients do not usually look for coaching because they want “coaching.” They look for support because something feels stuck, painful, unclear, frustrating or important. The more accurately you can name the real problem, the more likely the right person is to recognise themselves in your work. Today’s reflection prompt: What is the real problem your ideal client is experiencing before they work with you? Go beyond broad phrases like: - lacking confidence - feeling stuck - wanting clarity - needing accountability - wanting change Ask yourself: - Where is this showing up in their life or work? - What are they tired of? - What have they already tried? - What are they afraid will happen if nothing changes? Today’s action: Write five specific “they might be thinking…” statements. For example: “I know I’m capable, but I keep holding myself back when it matters.” “I keep waiting until I feel more ready, but I’m starting to realise that ready may never come.” Optional share in the comments: Share one “they might be thinking…” statement that feels specific and real. Stretch - write and publish a post based around one of your "they might be thinking" statements. Share the link below so we can like and comment and support each other.

Thank you for this Sprint, @Lara Young! Very helpful getting some clarity. Thoughts my clients might have: - I find myself in a new season of life with no plan, and worse, no purpose. My children and family do not need me in the same way and I am winding down professionally. I know there is much more to my life to do but I don’t know how to get there. - I am tired of going round in my head looping the same scenarios, not getting any traction or taking any action. I feel stuck in indecision. - I have tried all the techniques I know for setting goals and moving forward but I don’t seem to even know where I want to go. - I am scared I will still be in this place in 3 months. In 6 months. Even a year!

Visibility Sprint: Day One - What gets measured, gets done 👀
Before we begin creating more content, refining your message or planning your next visibility steps, it is useful to pause and look honestly at what your current visibility is communicating. This audit is not designed to judge how “good” you are at marketing, how often you post, or how polished your online presence looks. Instead, it is designed to help you see your visibility through the eyes of a prospective client. When someone first comes across you, they are usually asking themselves questions such as: - Do I understand what this coach helps with? - Do I recognise myself in their message? - Do they seem credible and trustworthy? - Do they understand the problem I am experiencing? - Can I see the kind of transformation they support? - Do I know what step to take if I want to work with them? The purpose of this audit is to help you identify where your visibility is already working well, and where there may be gaps in clarity, trust, relevance or invitation. This is not about becoming louder online. It is not about chasing followers or posting for the sake of being consistent. It is about becoming more visible as a trusted coach- someone prospective clients can recognise, understand and feel confident taking the next step with. As you complete this audit, be honest but kind with yourself. The aim is not perfection. The aim is awareness. Once you can see where the gaps are, you can make small, intentional shifts that help your future clients better understand who you are, how you help, and why your work matters. You can use either the online or the PDF version of the Visibility Audit. PDF Visibility Tracker Artifact - The Mindset Coach Academy Once you have completed your audit - please share the top 3 areas you want to focus on in the comments below. 💥And, if you want to take it to the next level of insight - partner with someone in the sprint - you'll each complete the audit for each other's visibility to give a 'fresh eyes' perspective.

Areas of focus: For my content to show I understand my Ideal Clients' real problems and that they clearly see the transformation I support. And then for my offer to be visible and easy to understand so my people know the logical next step. This clarity will enable me to show up with greater conviction and confidence!
