I took a quick walk around the lake in front of my house today. Snow on the ground, freezing cold, but it was exactly what I needed. It's so easy to forget that life happens outside the desk. Yes, we want to make this work. We want to be successful. Scale. Grow...bla blah. But the world doesn’t stop just because we’re working. Two members here or twenty, it doesn’t matter. Take a breath.
