Happy Valentines for me too you
My Dear Future Me, Happy Valentine’s Day, beautiful soul. I’m writing to you from a place of deep reflection — from the space between who I was and who I am still becoming. I want you to remember where we came from, not to reopen wounds, but to honor the healing. We have walked through guilt that wasn’t ours to carry. We have worn shame like it was stitched into our skin. We have felt the sting of abandonment and rejection so deeply that we questioned our worth. There were years we searched for love in all the wrong places — in people who could only meet us at the level they had healed themselves. We tried to earn love. Prove love. Chase love. We poured from an empty cup hoping someone would finally choose us the way we needed to be chosen. And the hardest truth? We didn’t know how to choose ourselves. To my younger self — the little girl who felt unseen, who internalized silence as “I’m not enough” — I forgive you. You were surviving the only way you knew how. You deserved safety. You deserved reassurance. You deserved unconditional love. To my younger adult self — the woman who confused intensity for intimacy, who mistook attention for affection, who overgave just to avoid being left — I forgive you too. You were trying to fill a void that was never yours to carry. You were craving what you were never taught to give yourself. And now… We are no longer begging for crumbs. We are no longer shrinking to be chosen. We are no longer abandoning ourselves to keep someone else comfortable. We are learning to love in a way that is steady. Soft. Sacred. The healed love we carry now is different. It isn’t loud. It isn’t chaotic. It doesn’t feel like anxiety or fear of loss. It feels like peace. It feels like coming home. Future me — I hope you have continued to choose yourself every single day. I hope you no longer question your worth in the quiet moments. I hope you protect your heart without hardening it. I hope you love boldly, but never at the expense of your own soul.

Self care
After a busy weekend, I’m laying here listening to rain and some meditation music with a face mask on. What little self care things do you like to do?

@Monica Flores Yesterday was a win that went straight to my soul. I realized once again why I feel the way I do when I’m teaching adults how to heal that little child within — and how powerful it is to witness that our bodies truly can heal. From physical pain to psychological pain, God made us with a design that remembers how to come back home. I worked with an older gentleman who has severe PTSD from the military, survived a stroke, and lives with major depressive disorder. He has had no movement in his left hand… but after our session, I watched him move his fingers. He looked at me with this mix of shock and relief, like he wanted to cry but couldn’t because of his training. That part will come next. That release. That softening. That moment where the soul finally says, “You’re safe now.” I am so blessed — truly blessed — to be a disciple for the Divine, our Creator, and His son. To be a teacher. To be allowed into these sacred spaces where healing happens in real time. How exciting it is for all of us who chose to love ourselves enough to push forward through pain, disappointment, and the moments we thought we wouldn’t make it. And then… after we rise… we turn around and help teach others how to rise too. My heart is full. God is good.
Welcome ! 🎉

My name is Tina, and I am an energy healer, a guide, and a woman who has learned—sometimes the hard way—that our deepest wounds can also become our greatest sources of wisdom. I help others reconnect to their inner light, release the heaviness they’ve carried for far too long, and step into the truth of who they are with clarity and courage. I’ve learned that healing isn’t about pretending everything is fine. It’s about meeting ourselves where we hurt, listening to what the pain is trying to teach us, and allowing the old stories to loosen their grip. Writing has been one of my most powerful tools for awakening. Through words, we peel back the layers. Through honesty, we reclaim our voice. Through reflection, we rise. Writing Into the Wounds is a sacred space to explore the places that shaped us—loss, fear, abandonment, heartbreak, boundaries, and awakening. This is where we stop running from what hurt us and begin walking with it, understanding it, and eventually transforming it. This journey is not about reliving trauma—it is about reclaiming power. Here, we write to remember. We write to release. We write to awaken. You don’t need to write beautifully. You just need to write truthfully. Your soul already knows the way—your pen simply follows.
