Well I learned a lot about what not to do and I read a lot. And then also just noticing parents with their kids. I have been pleasantly surprised and horrified at time. So alot of trail and error.

@Andrew Nelson well like any parent I stress, dont show up well sometimes and just need to do better in this area. I know breathwork helps but I cant say its my go to in stressful times.

People aren't thinking about you
I don't know about you, but I spend too much time worrying about what other people are about me. Let's throw out some reasons why that is not healthy thinking and some advantages of NOT thinking such unhelpful thoughts.

i had to get to a point where I dont give a hoot. Now i am not perfect and occasionally I fall back into negative patterns but mostly i am able to stay in the right headspace.
