Is Golang (or Rust) worth Learning for DevOps and k8 ?
Hi everyone. Im currently focusing on DevOps alongside Kubernetes. My main languages are Python and javaScript (Node.js), but Im considering learning Go as a new language. I have noticed many job openings specifically mention Go for DevOps roles (germany) . Could you share your experiences with Go in the DevOps field? How essential or beneficial do you find it, especially for microservices? Is it worth investing time to learn Go in general? Thanks in advance for your insights and experiences!

k i think i got it, so pythong and Golang has both their strengths i guess. While Python and Bash are great for automation, Golang offers advantages in performance and concurrency, for cloud & microservices application. If Golang doesn't bring significant benefits to my current projects, ill gonna pause learning it for now. However, Im always open to hearing more about others' experiences and how theyve found Golang useful in their DevOps and Cloud roles.
