What we experienced together over these 4-5 days was, at times, very elevated... biochemically, emotionally, spiritually. Our nervous systems were in a peak state. For as high as we've been, it's completely normal to feel a corresponding low in the days that follow. This is part of the process, not a sign that something went wrong. You are held.
