There's a Point Where More Learning Becomes Another Form of Procrastination.
I've caught myself doing this before. Another video. Another podcast. Another strategy. Another course. It feels productive because you're learning. But eventually you have to close the laptop and actually test what you've learned. Real estate rewards people who can turn knowledge into decisions and decisions into action. You don't need to know everything before taking your first step. You need enough understanding to take the next responsible step, learn from the result, and improve. What's something you've learned recently that you're actually putting into practice?
Having Multiple Streams of Income Is Encouraging,But Building Them Takes Intention.
One thing I've come to appreciate about business and investing is that you don't necessarily need to have everything figured out at once. You can start with one skill. One opportunity. One small income stream. Then, as you learn and grow, you can gradually build another. For me, the encouraging part isn't simply having multiple streams. It's knowing that you're not completely dependent on one source to determine your financial future. At the same time, I don't believe in chasing every opportunity that comes along. I'd rather build something I understand, make it consistent, learn from it, and then use that experience to explore what could come next. I think that's where many people get stuck. They're looking for the next income stream before they've made the current one stable. So I'm curious about everyone's perspective: If you could build one additional income stream outside your main source of income this year, what would you choose, and what makes that particular one interesting to you? I'd genuinely like to hear what people in this community are working toward. @Dustin M

New Here..Property, Business & Building Long-Term Wealth 🏡📈
Hi everyone! 👋 Excited to be here and connect with like-minded people. I’ve been involved in property for several years and have built a strong passion for investing, wealth creation, and entrepreneurship. Alongside property, I’m also involved in LSPACE, which has given me another perspective on business, branding, and building additional income streams. I’m here to learn from the community, share insights from my own experience, and connect with people who are serious about building something meaningful. I believe true financial freedom comes from creating multiple streams of income and building assets that work for you. So, what are you building today that your future self will thank you for? 🚀🏡💼

You don’t need more information. You need more movement.
I’ve been working on becoming more consistent in the digital space, and one thing that’s helped me is keeping things simple: learn, apply, review, repeat. I’m still figuring things out too, so I want to learn from others here. For those building in real estate or online: What’s the #1 thing currently slowing you down from taking action- leads, consistency, confidence, knowledge, or something else? Drop it below. Let’s learn from each other.

@Jenny Feechan I completely agree, Jenny. I think consistency becomes much easier when you stop trying to make every action perfect and focus on learning from what you actually do. One thing that has helped me is treating each attempt as feedback rather than judging it as a success or failure. Sometimes the result isn't what you expected, but it shows you what needs to change for the next attempt. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on this: when you notice yourself becoming inconsistent, what usually helps you get back into action, having a clear goal, a routine, accountability, or simply starting with one small task?
Hey Real Estate Academy! Meet Your New Admin!
Hey Real Estate Academy! I am Julie, and I am excited to be joining as an admin alongside April! My job is simple. Help keep this space active, valuable, and laser focused on what matters most for YOUR business. A little about me: 🏠 Private money lender and real estate investor 📍 Originally from Sarasota, FL but currently living and working out of my van traveling the country! Real estate and private lending have given me the freedom to work from anywhere. To build a life completely on my own terms. And that freedom started with one thing: Consistent lead generation. Without leads nothing else matters. No deals. No capital. No freedom. April built this community around solving exactly that and that is exactly why I am here. Before I do anything else I want to hear from YOU. Drop your answer in the comments in one line: Where are you RIGHT NOW in your real estate journey and what is the ONE thing standing between you and your next level? I personally read and respond to every comment. Let's go! 🔥 Do not miss this Wednesday at 3:30pm EST. April has a guest joining us who is going to share exactly how he generates real estate leads through social media. Details dropping soon. 🔗 https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87105007205?pwd=966xaopMI5fyecfqRz6JAJIc2aZGv3.1 PS: That is me somewhere in Colorado on a recent hike.
