Building my first Workflow
Having issues setting up my first workflow for the Outbound Sales Agent I have created in Synthflow. Google sheet is not getting connected and the following steps are tricky. Can someone help?

Do you really want to use a Google sheet or is it absolutely requiered? Best tip: use GoHigherLevel. Saves you ton of times and nerves.
AI repeating Names and Email adressses wrong.
Hi folks, maybe someone else has the following problem as well: we added in our prompt, that the AI should always confirm Email adressses and names that the user give us (for example where to send the appointment confirmation). We tried to have the AI repeating it in Single characters, for example i answer "My Name is John Doe" the AI answer "okay, so you forename is J O H N and the name is D O, correct?" - The problem is, that characters that are 'muted' or mainly the characters N and M are troublesome - and the user replies "no, it's Doe, D O E" the AI replies "got it, so its D O". Even if the user correct the AI 5 times with for example "No, there is an E after the D and the O" the AI still doesn't get it right. Our best attempt so far is to let the AI spell each character in NATO Alphabet. The problem: not every user are familiar with it. We use only German language, wrote the prompt in German and english with same errors. Any Tips or help? Btw: we had an issue with mailadresses and the '@' symbol, but could solve this by telling the AI to rename it to 'at'.

Thanks, but thats what we tried without any good result. Emailadresses are getting wrong value in the info extractors and names are also not 100% correct.

When you clone agents, not all settings are getting duplicated. A friendly reminder for synthflow to copy all the Agent settings would be awesome!

IMO is better to let the Ai say "JC Cleaning, you are speaking to Junia, how can I assist you today?" People still think that AI is dumb and cant help them, but in the end they just want to get help and doesnt care about WHO helps, but how good the assistance is.
