Hi everyone, I'm Timo, and I live close to the beautiful city of Ghent in Belgium :-) My background is mainly in copywriting and content marketing, and I currently work as an AI & Automation consultant for the marketing & communications department of a bank. I have some experience with n8n, mainly to build PoC and MVP solutions that I need to translate to Power Platform and Copilot Studio because we mainly work in the M365 ecosphere. My main goal is to keep developing my experience with hands-on projects, learn from like-minded people, and apply automation concepts and best practices in a tool-agnostic way. More specifically, I am hoping to get inspired for my current project, where I am building a content agent that combines automation, AI and human-in-the loop for the following phases: research, creation, review, implementation and performance monitoring. I tend to gravitate towards the following adage: use automation and deterministic logic as much as possible, and only add AI or agentic solutions when absolutely necessary. So, I'm hoping we stay away from fancy builds based on the agentic hype, and focus more on robust workflows that actually work in production :-)
