I just uploaded my first video on my second channel. I am starting two channels at the same time (I know it is a bit crazy). My cooking channel's first video did fine I think, but I am a bit worried about this channel first video as it is a "talking head" video about starting youtube over 40... We will see. I have seen many new channels with 1-60 subscribers that their similar videos haven't got many views either, so I guess I shouldn't be too hard on myself if I won't get 50 views... How are you all handle the beginner's stuggle with view numbers below 100? How do you avoid to getting discouraged?

I have decided to start two channels at the same time. They have very different niches. Now both are officially started, the cooking channel has two videos, the financial freedom channel has one. Yayyy... It was a big step and now I need to keep posting once a week. I hope I can keep up 😁

Is it normal or usual that my video did nothing for two days then all of a sudden in a few hours it started getting impressions (1.2K currently) and views? What was wrong before? I only posted three videos so far (two in my other channel), so I am not experienced.

OMG I was bored with this video within the first 20 seconds...I also tried to get in all the stuff about me in the beginning (MY podcast, MY clients, subscribe to MY channel) when I hadn't even provided any value.
